Vendres-Plage, which stretches over 3,800 hectares right down to the sea, is a dream vacation destination in an unspoilt setting, where everything is accessible on foot, thanks to the many greenways in theHérault region.
Its 4 km of fine sand and 5 beaches are the stuff of dreams. To the south, the Montilles de Vendres beach offers a wild, unspoilt environment and 2 beachside restaurants nearby. Further up, the Plage des Mimosas and then the Plage de Marina will seduce you with their dunes, endless white sand and peacefulness. An impressive dune belt has been formed naturally by a combination of sea and land winds. In stormy weather, it prevents the sea from entering and flooding the area. It separates the sea from the protected village pond, rich in exceptional flora and fauna.
